Terms of Service

Zerroday is an educational, trading-practice, market-observation and risk-awareness platform. The service is designed to help users learn about markets, practise trading discipline and understand risk in a structured environment.

Zerroday does not execute securities trades on behalf of users and does not receive, hold or control users' brokerage funds. Paper-trading features within Zerroday are simulated. Any real-money trading undertaken by a user through an external broker is independently initiated and controlled by that user outside Zerroday.

Current functionality may include, where available:

• Paper trading and simulated trading
• Market practice and replay functionality, where applicable
• OurMind AI post-trade and trading-behaviour analysis
• Safety Nets (educational and risk-awareness communications)
• Premium, Platinum or other paid access plans and passes

Pricing, validity, inclusions and applicable taxes for paid products are displayed at checkout or on the relevant product page and may change from time to time.

Content and features on Zerroday are provided for educational, informational, practice and risk-awareness purposes only.

Zerroday is not represented as a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Users remain solely responsible for their independent trading and investment decisions, including any activity undertaken outside Zerroday through an external broker or account.

Zerroday may provide educational and risk-awareness communications referred to as "Safety Nets". Safety Nets are intended to help users observe market conditions, understand risk and maintain trading discipline.

Safety Nets do not provide Buy/Sell/Hold recommendations, entry calls, entry prices, price targets, stop-loss levels, portfolio recommendations or investment advice.

Zerroday may display an "Index in Focus". This only identifies the market or index being monitored or covered during a particular session. For example, "Nifty – Index in Focus" means Nifty is being monitored during that session. It does not constitute a recommendation to trade Nifty or any particular option contract.

Users independently decide whether to trade, which instrument to trade, and their own entry, exit, quantity, stop-loss and risk parameters.

• Orders placed through paper-trading functionality are simulated and do not result in exchange execution.
• Simulated performance may differ materially from real-world execution.
• Factors such as liquidity, slippage, brokerage, latency, taxes, charges and market conditions may affect real trading.
• Paper-trading results should not be treated as a guarantee of future performance.

OurMind AI is an educational and post-trade analytical feature that may analyze trading behaviour, execution, discipline, risk patterns and other information.

• AI-generated observations may be incomplete or inaccurate.
• They are not investment recommendations or investment advice.
• Users must independently evaluate any information presented.

• Access to certain Zerroday features may require payment.
• Plan and pass pricing, validity, activation conditions, expiry conditions and included features are displayed before purchase.
• Access is personal and non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Users should review product details before purchase.
• Paid access may be delivered through the Zerroday app, website or approved third-party communication platforms such as Telegram, where applicable.

Certain services, including Safety Nets, may rely on third-party platforms such as Telegram. Zerroday does not control outages, account restrictions, availability or policy changes of third-party platforms.

Where reasonably possible, Zerroday may provide support or alternative instructions, but third-party platform availability is outside Zerroday's control.

• Payments are processed through authorized payment service providers and payment gateways.
• Applicable taxes may be charged as shown at checkout.
• Zerroday does not store full card or banking credentials where the payment gateway handles them.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Purchases of paid plans, passes and subscriptions are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy for eligibility criteria, request procedures and processing timelines.

When using Zerroday, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Protect your login credentials and not share paid access with others.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Not redistribute copyrighted or paid Zerroday content without authorization.
• Independently assess trading and investment risk before making decisions outside the platform.

The Zerroday name, logo, Safety Nets branding, software, user interface, training material, videos, text, graphics and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Zerroday.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, impersonate or make unauthorized commercial use of Zerroday content or branding. Purchase of access does not transfer intellectual-property ownership to you.

• Features may be updated, replaced or discontinued.
• Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur.
• Temporary service interruptions do not automatically create entitlement to compensation except where covered by the Refund Policy.
• Zerroday may update plans and features prospectively.

Zerroday makes no guarantee of:

• Profitability or financial returns
• Accuracy or completeness of content or analytics
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Any particular trading outcome or improvement in performance

Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

Zerroday may suspend or restrict accounts for reasons including:

• Fraud or payment abuse
• Credential sharing or unauthorized redistribution of content
• Security abuse or interference with the service
• Violation of these Terms
• Unlawful activity

Termination or suspension does not override refund rights expressly available under the Refund Policy or applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zerroday and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Zerroday's aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid to Zerroday for the specific paid product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event, except where a higher mandatory limit applies under law.

You remain responsible for external trading decisions and losses arising from trades you independently undertake outside Zerroday.

Zerroday may update these Terms from time to time. Material revisions will be reflected through a revised "Last updated" date and/or appropriate notice on the platform or website.

Continued use of Zerroday after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
