How to Request a Refund

Transaction ID, amount, date (the usual stuff)
Be honest (we're not judgmental)
We'll get back to you within 24 hours
Processing Timeline
We check your request (no red tape)
We initiate the refund (if approved)
Money hits your account (bank dependent)
We email you to confirm it's done
What We Don't Refund
You used it, you bought it (fair is fair)
Unless it's our fault (then we'll fix it)
It's free (you can't refund free)
We can spot fake requests (we're not dumb)
Important Notes
Refunds go back to where the money came from
Your bank might take 3-5 days to show it
We don't charge for refunds (that would be weird)
Save your payment receipts (just in case)
